Course Overview

The overall aim of the course is to provide delegates with an overview of business process design and internal control design.  The course also covers the tools used in business process design.

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Understand the objectives of business process design.
• Plan and manage the business process design exercise.
• Understand the elements of business process design.
• Conduct information gathering interviews in order to understand the current situation.
