This service is most appropriate for specialist or senior appointments, which demand candidates with a specific profile and where there are a number of target companies from which an individual can potentially be sourced. All executive search assignments are handled by a Director or Managing Consultant with extensive senior appointment recruitment experience and relevant industry and market sector knowledge.
 
Selection Methodology (pdf download available)
The majority of our assignments for middle and senior level appointments are handled through our selection and advertising service. Where the appointment(s) could accommodate candidates from a variety of backgrounds or the client is seeking wide market coverage, a combination of advertising and our network of contacts provide access to an extensive range of candidates. The process is designed to significantly reduce the time taken and resources allocated by the client, with the end result being a shortlist of suitable candidates from which they can make the final decision.
