Objectives and project background

As part of a major programme of change our client, a London Borough, was to implement e-procurement throughout the organisation.

The programme management team was concerned about the risks posed by the restructuring of the Council and the cultural change required.

Parkwell was engaged to form close links between programme teams, to develop and run a comprehensive change strategy and plan.
