Our client manages multiple housing projects and felt that the requirement to demonstrate significant improvement across all aspects of its business necessitated improved programme and project management (PPM) capability.
Parkwell was engaged to provide an assessment of their current project / programme capabilities and establish a management framework and tools to address any issues.
Further to this we were asked to deliver any necessary training.
